The historic City of Lancaster is a short drive away to the North and the quaint old market town of Garstang just two miles to the south. They are both located along the Lanacster Canal and can be visited by boat. The coast and seaside resorts of Blackpool, Fleetwood and Morecambe are a short drive away. The Lake District is around a half-hour drive.
